I don’t know what lies in store for me. 2021 was about revival. 2022 was struggle.
2023 was a flow. I allowed things to happen naturally and I went with the flow of my life.
Now it’s 2024: and it’s time to be intentional.
Goals:
1. SLEEP. I found out this year that sleep is highly modifiable with behaviors. So now I’m going to take the reigns. I have to meditate on habits I can do:
– hard time for meds
– listen to lights off
– hard stop for phone
– wake up at same time
– minimize (avoid) naps
– exercise and move throughout the day
2. A soft restart to my hard factory reset.
This means that I’m going to transition into lifestyle habits. I already know my mantra: healthy, happy, wealthy, beautiful, thriving.
It took a lot of momentum to keep these balls going in 2023, and I think that’s part of why things had to slow down and eventually halt all together.
Mantra: “I did it before, I can do it again.”
So now, I’m going to mindfully do what I can, when I can. By mindful, I’ll focus on achieving a minimum goal of each category. Just one small brick in a pyramid.
This will be dynamic goaling too. On my good days, I’m going to achieve as much as I can!
I haven’t found a solution as to what to do during my bad days. I suppose I can meditate on damage control.
– health: eating and exercising plus taking meds on time. Also interpersonal relationships.
3. I want to intentionally pay down my debt

This involves
– No absenteeism: always look for my goal to motivate me
– Take lunch JIT once in a while. Especially in the winter— it’s good to go out and make money while exercising too
– Set a two week budget
– Cut out unnecessary: Uber eats and door dash
– Minimize spending (have a fun savings account and don’t spend more than that)
– Markers: make numbers and reach them.
4. Go out there and find your soulmate. Date, marry, children.
– think about what you want: basics and happy
– pray
– community
– talk
– keep up with social media
– friend of friends
– friend of family
– list of potentials
5. Continue to actively pursue your happiness
– pleasure: things that make me happy, places that make me happy
– relationships (try to deepen the ones you have)
– BTS (not buying, but absorbing what I have)
– community (build new friends)
6. Find and define your purpose in life
7. Do it modifying behaviors that will take you to new places
8. Continue to protect your energy.
