February was rough but look we made it! We didn’t exactly make every shift but we sure did make extra. The 3 week mild depression is over. I’m making it done by sleeping.

I said work is the safest place to be. And I’m balancing that out with days in between and also four hour shifts. I think waking up at the same time every day would be so good for my mental health. Sleeping at the same hour every day is the best.

I’m heralding March as picking back up all the good things I’ve begun.
