Time Space

A year ago I wrote about how I suddenly have so much space in my soul, in my body, and in my consciousness. It’s a vast space and I knew it would be filled with new people, places, experiences that are elevated and better.

So why is my vibe so low? Why has summer felt like it’s passing me by even though I’m in the sun?

My problem is my low vibes.

So I’ve begun to think that my priority is to regulate my nervous system. A regulated nervous system is a very foundational to raising my vibration. Another thing I can do is to expose myself to high vibrational things, people, and experiences. It’s also about protecting my energy.

My only answer right now to regulating my nervous system is going to physical basics: sleeping early and enough, drinking water, eating clean, and exercise. Exposure to sun and love. I have to ease up on the planning and flow within my schedule: be present.

My problem isn’t dramatic. It’s not like my years been bad. It’s actually been an amazing year. I met Hobi and had the time of my life in Dallas with Jin who personally sealed my Honmoon. My guys are in LA. That’s four hours from my red strings.

Maybe this space is meant for me. I can stretch in it and be in my own space, before it’s filled with all those entities I just mentioned. I’m going to just be and see where that flows me. It is time to allow the universe to do its thing. I think everything will begin to manifest when I manifest the being in me: my Mikrokosmal self, It just takes focus and intention.

So to sum things up:

  1. Work on flowing, being and less overly planning
  2. Work on regulating nervous system by sleep, nutrition, exercise, exposure to sun and loving people, protection of my energy, and exposure to more of my guys, living with purpose and goals, and enjoying my life, being present, taking up my own space before filling it mindfully, and planning less while flowing with life more

I have space. I have time. I have Space Time. All around me I am blessed and my bright future is upon me!
