Hello it’s me. It’s 2025. I can’t believe I made it to this year. It’s such an advanced age. I haven’t officially done New Year’s resolutions, but I think I have a few I want to do.
- Put my brain in a state of theta waves. Theta waves are the slowest moving brain waves. As someone who thinks a lot and sometimes too much, I want to just slow my thinking to a point that I’m just “being.”
- Practice distress tolerance.
- CBT.
I’m doing more than these three things to live my life. I’m putting these specifics out there.
