I promise to prioritize my welfare: my needs, my health, my happiness, and my stability as often as I can.

I promise to protect my energy by conserving it for only those who are worthy and will give me back something in return.

I promise to make the hard decisions that ultimately resulted in my well being.

I promise to stay true to my expectations and plans for my life. I promise to stay resonant to what I want.

I promise to continue to learn, and unlearn, as necessary.

I promise to find my voice and use it well.

I promise to eliminate anyone who is holding me back and disrespecting me.

I promise to seek out my life partner.

I promise to stabilize my life economically, health wise, and adultingly
