Spring Revival

I’m using my spring break holistically.

SLEEP!

I’m going to sleep. Prioritize sleep above all. Drink water and urinate first thing in the morning.

Manage sleepless night by water and perhaps Tylenol and massage with napping as needed.

Prevent sleeplessness by taking meds on time, turning my phone “off” and listening to Mythos. With a goal of 11pm sleep time.


Mental health: (manage mood and elevate vibration)

Stay present in everything I do.

Stay out of my head for a while.

If I’m in tired mood I will meditate.

Solfeggio and Vibrational baths

Rose colored glasses this week. Salient to happy things, events, and people. Gratitude journal

Happy vibrational things that give meaning:

my hobbies

My passions

The people I love (calling, hanging, spending time)

My dogs

Doing things I enjoy in moderate amounts


Physical health/ body care

Dance

Clean

Walk

Weights

Kinesiology work (squats)

Sun bathe (moderately)

Stretch

Hygiene: shower, skin care, teeth and gums


Diet

Chicken and fish based

Vegetables

Oatmeal

High fiber fruits

Goal is to not be hungry, eat moderately, get enough of everything


Spiritual health

Pray and worship

Raise vibration to peace


I’ve done all these things before. I’m not novice at it. But I’m going to keep my brain healthy by approaching it in different ways and a different mindset!
