Last year I wrote a “surprising things” 2023 post. This year I’m going to narrow it down to the weekly’s. I’m going to describe all the great things per week!

JANUARY
Week 1: blasted off to a strong start.
I was called in on the first (a day before my charge shift) and I learned how to scrub a robot plus load a saw blade on my own.
My work team’s bosses gave me a gift card and so I got a Mulan vinyl, a book “The Queen of Nothing”, and an eye cream that I’ve been wanting for free!
I got to see my best friend and had the highest vibration watching her and her colleague’s musical/acting show. I connected to all the characters. I ended the week seeing my nephew and his best friend. Great start of a social year.
Week 2: All about health!
I am in correspondence with my general doc and pdoc, I got my labs drawn, and dealt with my Global citizen toes. #health
My health dipped so I had to take two days of mental and physical health off. I am managing myself well and that’s all that matters! #health
I used that 111 Portal to cleanse my life and give myself directions. #health
The Skin care routine continues! Rocking out and curing my healing sleep brain continues! Healing my insomnia! #health/beauty
I slid back into my hobbies of reading, crochet, and coloring! Sprinkle sprinkle: Mikrokosmos!
I put myself out there to potentially meet someone too. I’m easing into everything. #thriving
Best new thing: I started my goal of learning Korean! #thriving
Week 3: Money Mindset
Yesterday into today I’ve been more cognizant of my budget.
I paid off two loans.
I returned two things from Weverse.
I rescheduled a date for the next pay period.
And I am only buying things that are meaningful and that I need to grow.
Ex: Korean class, oil cleanser, embroidery flowers.
I am so thankful my coworker took my shift because even if I make money that shift would be overly tiring!
Week 4 (more of the same)
I’m still smashing my sleep goals. I’m taking care of my skin and showering for hours. I’ve made health appointments (and am in constant communication with my health care team). I’ve made investments for my skin. I have followed my social calendar. Yesterday I lifted a weight. It’s all coming together. I just have to be patient because growth spurts take work. My friends have been under the weather so I haven’t seen some of them. That’s okay, because I’m saving money by spreading out my social calendar!
Leap year week!
The theme of this week is leaping into my manifestations. KC told me to let go, which means to let go of the “how and why”, and just focus on aligning myself (thoughts, feelings, and actions) with what I already have. I think that’s the “action” part.
It also helps to keep in mind what I want. It really helps to be salient to the activities and opportunities that come my way. This is the second part to the action. Let the universe guide your way and take the opportunity to grab it, if it aligns. But don’t do this obsessively. The obsession must come with being happy and doing things that interest me and keep me happy!
I think this is what he (and everyone) means when they say let go.
2/7
I manifested KC lowering his sessions to an affordable price! I’m so happy about that, and I also am subscribed to his channel for one month. He’s really responsive and helpful. We talked back and forth and I recorded everything. So I’m basically getting his services for nearly free.
8 of cups: he keeps telling me to let go!
Right now I’m foundational, and just focusing on sleeping, eating nutrients, getting a little exercise, and focusing on everything that raises my vibration. I have to align my energy with what I want, so my only aim right now is to raise and maintain my energy.
You can’t always see progress if you’re deep in. You have to take a step back and look at the inventory, to get a better idea of how far you’ve come. And guess what? I’m doing just that.
I finished three books this month.
I finished a painting this month
I crochet’ a perfect ball this month
I’m starting to learn how to speak, write, and understand Korean
I’m literally following my daily skin care and my skin is starting to glow a soft white.
I learned to lean into things this month, rather than actively burning out
I spread out my social calendar this month
I didn’t hit zero this month
I started taking steps toward my finances this month
I went to an 8am doctor appointment, talked to multiple doctor providers, and got my labs done this month
I had a four day off-spell but over 20 days of straight sleeping on time
I’m religiosity taking my sleep meds on time
I’m handling mature conversations
I took steps toward improvement and working on shadows with a therapist
I’ve been at home a lot this month. I think I want to dedicate the last few days going out and doing things. I also want to be more active and organized!
I’m working through my feelings.
I am practicing not getting too sucked in to one activity
Im playing with both my dogs
I’m slightly above depression which is great
I re-started MIKROKOSMOS
Im making an effort at healthy eating
I did all these things in just one month!
Growth notes:
New process
I am trying to curb my tendency to “spend all day” doing one thing (hyper focusing). So I spread my day out as I please, with the action of switching to a different activity.
I’m getting rid of the rat race mindset. I don’t have to do everything 100 mph at 100 percent.
I am leaning into my phone for social support! I think this is a great idea. It’s a new way to stay connected to my friends and people in general. I’m starting off small with phone calls.
