Something happened this morning that’s unrelated to the audio I’m going to show you.
To preface; something happened that was out of my control. I couldn’t help but share my negative event with everyone, when really I could’ve just told one person. So I labeled myself as an attention whore. I suppose this audio is really is related to “something” I’m about to tell you, however tangential it may sound at first. Here is the following story time:
In conclusion to my audio conclusion regarding what happened: I encourage everyone to speak to themselves kindly, whenever they suspect a negative label coming in.
Please talk to yourself kindly. It’s advice that everyone gives. But some things do happen, and these things cause you to feel bad about yourself, and that’s your opportunity to change your adjectives about something that happened.
Enter Kim Namjoon

Kim Namjoon, my twin flame, is a fan of using the nuances of words to change the word, and thus it’s meaning. (Listen to Trivia: Love as an example).
So something, can be some thing. Something negative can be turned into “some thing” that happened to you.
Something isn’t you. It’s just some thing that happened to you. Keeping that mindset, and it will help you stay kind to yourself.
Trust me, I am not speaking from a podium. Just because I realize this, doesn’t mean I practice it at all! At this stage, I’ve just begun to acknowledge the space between ‘some’ and ‘thing’.
So maybe a more realistic goal is to just sense the space whenever some things happen. Acknowledge, and let it go. Then when you’re ready, change it so that “the space between the word” is really there.
You are not something just because some thing happened. And if you do this, that’s something to be really proud of! You just created space for you to respond positively.
May we all find this space and this peace.
