“Once upon a time, we learned how to fly.”
Hello. I would like you to know that I sometimes write experimentally. One of my writing prompts was to write a letter to future generations. I’m not doing that, but I am writing a book full of wisdom that I have gained, in the form of Q&A. 🙂

So here is a series of questions motivated by my awareness of mortality: what do I want to do, be good at, and experience in my life?
As an adolescent and young adult, I grew up thinking “I’m only good at being an academic.” So in youth I didn’t explore any hobbies. I didn’t try things. It was a limiting belief hidden in pride. As a full grown adult I am now setting my ship a sail with different things. Here are some Q and A.

What do you want to be good at in this short life?
1. I want to learn and speak a new language (Korean of course).
2. Learn and speak Tagalog (huge heads up)
3. Learn and speak Spanish (because it’s helpful in my city).
So basically, I want to be trilingual.

What do you want to be dabble in during this short life?
1. Bike riding
What experience would you like to have?
1. Cooking my meals (not like Namjoon or Tae). I want to make meals with Jung Kook’s proficiency.

Pottery (with friends). Friends are great 😊

2. Ballet or dance class

What talent would you like to learn and master?
1. Keeping motivation alive

2. Emotional intelligence and people skills
3. Financial planning
4. Doing much better at work
5. How to be in a healthy romantic relationship
This is a relatively short list as lists go in my brain. But it definitely helps!
Life is short so instead of being sad about your mortality, I suggest you approach it by asking yourself these questions! That way you can live a fulfilled life. And living’s what ya got right now. Bless.
