Rabbit holes

I’m too tired to write in my journal. So I’m here to present my thoughts on audio. How has my week of the rabbit been? Flowing.

I tried to flow with my plan
Hobi would love this. So I took a picture

Plan: navy pier

Happy that my friends made it, and nephew and his friend. It was a socializing moment with fbf that didn’t turn out so well. So we Pepe’d the night away. The dances were all Filipino and kpop.

I bought a beautiful red lantern for only 5!

Plan Chinatown

No dragon dances for me! Except on Netflix

I made an executive decision to pass on taking my parents to Chinatown, just to see dragons. It’s too cold and exhausting for them.

Plan fine dining

Went extremely well! Arrived on time , actually rather early. I fulfilled my bucket list of wearing a cheongsam (beautiful cherry blossom) and beautiful Han pins in my newly showered hair.

The food was good, but boyfiee loved it so it made it psychologically better. My favorite was of course the most expensive: “one bite” it’s a butter melted wagyu over wasabi, caviar, and gold flakes. SOOOOO GOOD. I’m happy my first experience with caviar and edible gold turned out to be a wagyu success.

I never understood “melt in your mouth” until today.

Boyfiee was also melting into my mouth. We were just kidding and he grabbed my neck in a chokehold and it was— amazing. That’s TMI. But I’m still shocked at how interestingly good it felt.

Don’t listen to me
