To add more salience to my writing journey, Let Go from their album Face Yourself was the very first song I ever cried to. The lyrics tore through me and helped me face myself, and what I had gone through.

It’s a long journey: I still have so much writing to do. I told the universe I needed to be in it in order to continue to write. Now here I am with time, an injury, and Korea in a mourning period to set the mood.

I put it off because I don’t want to be sad or manifest into my world the heartache that happened. Reliving trauma for what?

For what: = adding grace and lessons to what happened. That’s my goal; if I manage not to drown in it. Yoongi help a friend out!
