Be a believer

Hello 1222 AM, my insomnia (and I) are back to cheer you all on tonight!

I’ve been reading many books this summer: and my latest random pick is Daughter of the Moon Godess.

I’m barely into the storyline and the main character has already empowered and inspired me to reach for the moon (in her sense literally) and in mine, quite literally too!

I recently had a conversation with my boyfriend about the red strand of fate. I told him about how depressed I was regarding the movie Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of madness. That scarlet witch keeps trying to transport herself into a happier universe where she has kids.

And my smart boyfriend said “Instead of trying to transport myself to a universe where I’m happy, I would use my knowledge of that universe’s existence to mirror it into my own. I’d do everything in my own life to just to get a reflection of that universe where I was happier.” He smiled.

To which I replied: “I think I’ve always been a scarlet witch. If I were shown a universe without you, I’d probably do crazy things to get there. I’m not talented enough or tenacious enough to become a reflection of my better self, or whatever it is you’re trying to do.”

To which he countered: “If you believe there is a red strand of fate, then that means our destiny connects us to each other in all universes. Come find me and I’ll find you.

How?

Focus on being as scarlet as you can be, in a sense that you pour your passion and tenacity into being a great person that attracts great things. Not all colors mean the same to the same people. Red and scarlet colors can signify good too, not evil. Simply be a tenacious version of yourself, and remember that you are you, in whichever universe you are in. That’s all. Effort plus destiny.” My amazing man concluded.

Perhaps that’s how BTS circled the world and rose to the moon. I believe if you have a clear goal, a desire, you too can achieve rising to heights. So yeah, thank you Koo for helping me reframe my mindset.

Now here are some red fates that I love, including whatever hemoglobin attaches itself inside of me.

The Beast
The Doe
Me
Music.
And my mother

LYS, all else will follow. Don’t wait for the green light. RED MEANS GO.
