Enter Track 19: Opening Sequence
Preface: this is a quirky post. I attempted to make a whole analogy and it just came out weird and incoherent. I’m not a kpop idol, I’m just using their opening sequence to make my life better. So here goes:
I’ve watched enough kpop concerts to know that “opening sequence” is a specific list of songs that idols perform back-to-back, before they catch their breath and introduce themselves to the crowd. Its the beginning sequence that starts the concert.
I think I’m ready to have an Opening Sequence of my own.
BTS taught me that it’s okay to reinvent yourself, at any time of your life. So that’s what’s been happening with me. I’ve had a few growth spurts, changes in fashion, and overall I feel like I’m a slightly more coherent person than I was before. There’s major changes (problem solving, mindset) and minor ones as well. Everything has been moving forward to make me a better person who lives a better life.
So what’s my Opening Sequence?
I’m not a kpop idol. I’m just comparing the “opening sequence” to the new stage of my life, and how I plan to perform and effect change!
I will perform three songs back to back.
1. PYT
2. WGAF IGAF IDGAF
3. YTC Army demo
After showing myself exactly what I am capable of doing, then I’ll introduce myself to myself (obviously the most important person in the audience).

That doesn’t mean I won’t perform at my best during my worst. The show must go on. Someone said “Life is a stage and we are all players.” Something like that. So in that sense, this was my opening sequence. It’s my own personal ACT: Love/sick tour.
Three songs, one introduction. That’s it.
