New Rules

GUESS WHAT: I actually wrote a post about this 5 days ago. Below is a screen shot of the most relevant point of that post. ⬇️


5 days later I’ve come up with some new rules to target my insomnia.

1. No blogging

2. No writing /reading my Mikrokosmos

3. Limit phone (after 11:30 no phone)

4. Lights off at 11:30

5. I may: listen to audible, read a book, write on paper if I must.

6. Do relaxing things: my amortentia

7. Take all my medicine at 11 no matter what
